The field experiments were conducted in the kharif seasons of 2013-2014, 2014-2015, and 2015-2016 at the research farm of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhandara (Sakoli) and Zonal Agricultural research Station, Sindewahi. The experiments were laid out in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three replications and eight treatments.
