The field experiment was conducted on watermelon (Citrulluslonatus thumb) cv. sugar baby at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhilwara, MPUAT, Udaipur during summer season of 2014 to study the impact of mulching material on the growth, yield and quality of watermelon cv. sugar baby in randomized block design (.) in three replications. All the plant growth, yield and quality characters were superior with silver mulch while plants without mulch (control) resulted poor growth and yield.
