The main objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of incorporation of graded levels of RDDGS in the concentrate mixtures on in vitro nutrient digestibility and rumen fermentation pattern using buffalo inoculum. Soybean meal (SBM) based conventional concentrate mixture was prepared and SBM in the concentrate mixture was replaced by RDDG at graded levels of 25, 50, 75 and 100 per cent on N basis.
