Three species of Oyster mushroom like, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus sajor-caju, Pleurotus florida mother culture were procured from DMR, Solan and wild collected strain was collected from Bankura district in West Bengal during the monsoon season of 2017- 18. The experimental fruiting trials were conducted under the mushroom house conditions using three substrates viz.
