The training can be more effective and significant when analysis of training needs prior to the beginning of training programmes and imparting knowledge according to the needs of the farmers. The present study was conducted in the Madhepura District of Bihar with the purpose of identifying training needs of buffalo farmers. Seven different farming practices were undertaken for study as farmers training needs.
