Agro-climatic characterization for Agro-climatic zone of Chhattisgarh was carried out in the Department of Agricultural Meteorology, . Raipur to capture the agricultural and climatic features which in turn help for sustainable agriculture development in Chhattisgarh. A detailed study was carried out for Chhattisgarh state by considering the district wise rainfall for the period 1901-2010.
