Job satisfaction and organizational stress of the extension personnel are very crucial for improving their performance and thereby achieving organizational effectiveness. Thus the need of the hour in human resource management are reducing organizational stress and increasing job satisfaction of the extension personnel with a view of improving their efficiency through motivation.
