The present study was undertaken to investigate the effect of temperature humidity index (THI) on various seminal attributes in buffalo bulls. Forty one ejaculates (41) from two buffalo bulls of 4 to 6 years weighing 500 to 750 kgs reared at semen production centre, Department of Veterinary Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Pantnagar India, were used. Semen was collected twice a week through AV method for 6 months.
