Máy sàng rung cong là một thiết bị dùng để phân loại vật liệu được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong các nhà máy sàng tuyển trong và ngoài nước. Khả năng làm việc của máy phụ thuộc vào rất nhiều yếu tố (tham số động học, tham số công nghệ, kích cỡ và độ ẩm hạt vật liệu, .), nếu sử dụng phương pháp truyền thống để tính toán thiết kế xác định các thông số hợp lý cho máy làm việc hiệu quả tốt thì rất khó, độ chính xác cũng không cao và mất nhiều thời gian, chi phí tăng.
