For obtaining better combination of properties some of the parameters such as ageing time, solutionization temperature, ageing temperature, retrogression temperature and retrogression time are chosen meticulously. Machining studies were conducted on as-cast and RRA treated samples. The influence of cutting parameters on the surface roughness is studied.
