Perception is an activity through which an individual becomes aware of objects around oneself and of events taking place. The perception of the SHG members regarding the economic, social, psychological and political influence of SHGs’ activities had been analyzed with the help of a developed scaling technique. The study was conducted in three talukas of Junagadh district of Saurashtra region on the basis of maximum number of active SHGs in Junagadh district.
