Shireesha Institute of Aeronautical Engineering Hyderabad India ABSTRACT Conflict is an intrinsic and unavoidable human phenomenon as it is a state of mind wherein personal emotions such as likes and dislikes due to various interactions within or with others create a feeling that one has been severely discounted or ones position or profession is challenged and that ultimately lead to a certain behavioral actions and reactions. Schools degree colleges professional colleges and other educational institutions are no exception and like any other organization that involves human beings are prone to one or other type of conflicts. Conflict free educational institutes had not existed and will never exist. Detecting the reasons of conflicts coping efficiently and effectively with potential conflicts is therefore one of the most important aspects of the senior teachers deans principals or management members in the colleges.
