The knowledge concerning the behavior of these Bacilli as antagonists and genetic analysis is essential for their effective use and the commercialization. The present study was focused on the analysis of the genetic diversity of rhizobacterial isolates of Bacillus using PCR based RAPD technique and selection of best biocontrol antifungal Bacillus strain with aflatoxin producing Aspergillus by antagonism on PDA medium.
