It reflects the individualities of an organization that is revealed through the attitude and personality of employees working in that group. The workplace culture has a direct link with the work-life balance of the employees. An excellent workplace culture should provide the employees lead a peaceful personal life and a successful professional life thus helping to have a work life balance. But there might be challenges in implementing an excellent job place culture as the employees come from different social cultural economic and political background. This makes a tougher situation for the management to bring in appropriate policy for workplace culture but once a suitable work-life culture system is implemented it leads to the organizational commitment of the employees and increases their loyalty and dedication towards the organization.
