The study has been undertaken with an aim to examine the role of knowledge management practices in enhancing the performance of an organization. A sample of 125 engineers were drawn using structured questionnaire. The responses were analysed using a statistical technique viz. Partial Least Square -Path Modelling PLS-PM . The results of the analysis revealed that Knowledge Management Practices such as Knowledge Diagnosing Knowledge Acquisition Knowledge Generation Knowledge Sharing Knowledge Storing Knowledge Application have significant effect on financial non-financial and operational performance of the organization.
