A field experiment was carried out during kharif, 2016 at the farm of ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Mangaluru, Karnataka state to study the effect of neem cake urea mixed application on growth and yield of rice under submerged condition. The soil of the experimental field was lateritic with acidic pH, medium in available nitrogen, high in phosphorus and low in potassium content. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design with seven treatments and each one replicated thrice.
