The experiment was conducted to assess Microbial biomass carbon and Nitrogen on 84 days organic and conventional incubated soils in Nadia district of West Bengal. Soil microbial biomass carbon & nitrogen is determined by Chloroform Fumigation Extraction method (FE) followed by Kjeldal Digestion method.
