An in vitro experiment was carried out at Microbiology Laboratory, Department of soil Science of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, Bangladesh to determine the effect of diazotrophic bacteria inoculation on growth and biomass production of sugarcane. Two indigenous diazotrophic bacterial strain isolated from sugarcane rhizosphere .
