The present study was conducted in the state, Arunachal Pradesh. Three districts viz., Papumpare, East Siang and West Siang were purposively selected based on the highest number of filled up post of agricultural officer. There are all total 64 officials in these three districts. So census method was followed for selecting the respondents.
