Trichoderma are free-living fungi and found commonly in soil - root ecosystem. They are highly interactive in root, soil and foliar environments. They produce or release a variety of compound that induces localized or systemic resistance responses in plant. In this investigation ten different synthetic media (TSM, PDA, Asthana & Hawkers, Richard’s agar, Sabouraud’s dextrose, Rose Bengal agar, Czapex Dox, Beef extract agar, Cooke rose Bengal and Pikovaskys agar) used to study the morphological and cultural characters of the bio-control agent. | Morphological and physiological analysis of bio-control agent Trichoderma viride
