Coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) is an important seed spice cultivated in India. The effort was made to cultivate and evaluate the different genotypes of coriander in hill zone (Zone-9) of Karnataka. The Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka comes under Zone-9, which receives 2500-3000 mm rainfall annually and paddy is grown as a rainfed crop during Kharif season.
