This paper presents some research results of the influence of driving axle location on the lateral force of vehicle with 4x2 wheel formula when vehicle is turning. The single track dynamical models of FWD and RWD vehicle while cornering are created. Based on these two dynamical models, the system equations of motion built are enable to study the influence of driving axle location on the lateral force.
