The research method is quantitative with the type of case study research. Based on the results of the analysis the authors found that of all UTAUT variables studied only Social Influence was not significant and other variables such as Performance Expectancy Effort Expectancy Facilitating Conditions and Significant Use Behavior. It was concluded that the use of the ERP system in startup business supports User needs.
