A survey of 900 employees working in IT Enabled Service companies around Hyderabad Metro consisting of 550 men and 350 women employees using a structured questionnaire was carried out. The study empirically measured the effect of four independent variables the employee competencies personal competencies knowledge level competencies job-related competencies and communication and interpersonal competencies on a dependent variable performance management system in IT Enabled Services companies. The reliability of the survey instrument and internal consistencies were measured using reliability statistic Cronbach alpha and the Cronbach alpha values ranged between to for men and to for women. The results of the multiple regression analysis reveal statistically significant differences indicating that .
