Present study was taken up to find out the Knowledge levels of the Agrarian mothers (with children below 2 years) in the adopted villages of Maheshwarammandal, RR district, Hyderabad with regard to Maternal & Child health issues. 75 Agrarian mothers formed the sample for the present study. Checklist was developed to find out the Knowledge levels of Agrarian mothers. Based on the results, Knowledge based Intervention programmes were organized. Impact assessment showed significant improvement in the Knowledge levels of the sample, reflecting the effectiveness of the Intervention programme. | Maternal and child health knowledge among agrarian mothers
