The present study was conducted on various clinical samples, in the Department of Microbiology, medical college, Agra from February 2018 to July 2018. 72 Enterococcus isolates were identified. Maximum samples from which Enterococcus spp. was isolated is urine . 39 (), followed by pus and blood . 22 () and 5 () respectively. Maximum isolate is E. faecalis . 62 () followed by . 10 ().
