The experiment “studies on collection and evaluation of genetic variability available in Amaranthus under Chhattisgarh plain condition” was conducted at Horticulture Research cum Instructional Farm, Department of Horticulture, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur (.) during Rabi 2014-15. Twenty five genotypes of Amaranthus were evaluated. High magnitude of phenotypic GCV and PCV was observed for seed yield plot-1 , followed by test weight, petiole length, number of leaves plant-1 , stem girth, leaf breadth, leaf length, number of branches plant-1 and leaf yield. | Studies on collection and evaluation of genetic variability available in Amaranthus Amaranthus spp. under Chhattisgarh plain condition
