With a view to systematizing the discussion on the topic referred to here the entire paper is divided into three parts. The first part entitled Theoretical Approach includes an introduction meaning of organisational setup objective of the study research question and methodology. The second part entitled Organizational and management system of GMC is a comprehensive study where various factors of organisational structure and management system are discussed which impact on performance of the GMC activities. Basically organisational design work load and employee departmentalization span of control etc are discussed as factors of organisational setup. On the other hand composition of governing Body and their rights and duties recruitment procedure of members and their policy and decision making system are discussed under the management system. The third part entitled Conclusion provides some findings as identified throughout the study and which stand on the way of showing a .
