Present paper deals with study of existing CRM Practices and to find out ways and means to establish CRM in pharmaceutical industry. Researcher analyzed different practices used in pharmaceutical industry to develop CRM in pharmaceutical industry through review of literature and discussions with the stakeholder. After the data analysis it is found that in pharmaceutical business outcomes are depend on the relationship so researcher has develop model which helps to know the ways and means to establish relationship in pharmaceutical industry.
