Chilli (Capsicum annuum L) is one of the most important cum vegetable spice crop grown in India with great export potential. The exoeriment was undertaken to study the variability, genetic correlations and path coefficients of yielding traits in 24 genotypes of chilli. The analysis of variance revealed the significant differences among the genotypes for almost all the characters studied which indicating that presence of great deal of genetic variability for different traits. | Assessment of genetic variability character association and path coefficient of some quantitative traits of chilli
