The study was conducted by a cross-sectional descriptive study of 360 patients, including Kinh and ethnic minorities, in a 1:1 ratio. The results showed five service quality factors affecting patient satisfaction in descending order: (1) Assurance, (2) Responsiveness, (3) Empathy, (4) Reliability, and (5) Tangible.
