Response surface methodology (RSM) is an efficient strategic experimental tool by which the optimal conditions of a multivariable system can be determined. In the present study, strain recombinant E. coli BL21(DE3) harboring gene L-asparaginase was optimized expression condition using design of experiments and response surface methodology to enhance the production of the active form of recombinant Lasparaginase.
