Genetic diversity was assessed for 35 garcinia (Garcinia gummi-gutta (L) Roxb) germplasm maintained at Regional Agricultural Research Station, Kumarakom collected from different geographical locations using ISSR markers. Out of the 34 ISSR primers screened, 18 primers were polymorphic and used for further diversity analysis.
