Majority of the respondents of public extension service providers were found in the high category in all functional aspects. Such as; planning, organizing, professionalism, decision making, leadership, training, conflict management, human resource development, performance appraisal, feedback and rewards and awards. And this could be due to the effective managerial system in place and the performance in functional aspects could be still improved with rigorous individual appraisals. |
