Conclusions Systemic lupus erythematosus usually occurs in females gt 10 years old the average onset age was . The disease causes the most damage in the skin mucous membranes hematology musculoskeletal and kidney. The most common and prominent non-renal lesions were anemia erythema papilloma arthritis pericardial effusion pleural effusion.
