Micro RNAs have been recognized to play vital role in viral replication and pathogenesis. Circulatory miRNAs found in body fluid in stable, cell free form may be correlated with different stages of Peste des Petits Ruminanats (PPR) present study was focused to profile expression of circulatory miR-21-3p in serum of PPRV infected and apparently healthy goats in natural condition. The identification of suitable endogenous miRNA in serum samples and miRNA-21-3p profiling was performed using quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) in 20 representative samples of PPRV infected goats from four different outbreaks (Bondri, Nagpur, Umred and Yawatmal district) in Maharashtra state, India during year January 2017-December 2017. |
