The study effectiveness of SAMETI trainings measured through Kirkpatrick model, total 10 training programmes were selected purposively under the present study. Out of total 107 trainees 73 trainees gave the responses. In order to provide answer to selected research questions, analytical research design was used. Majority of the trainees percent reported that there was almost equal proportion of theory and practical, percent reported that trainers always used the common language during the different training sessions, percent expressed that trainers were completely concerned about trainee’s problems. |
