This study was conducted in order to analyze the customer satisfaction of mobile banking services in Tamil Nadu. A questionnaire was developed and then distributed to customers of major mobile banking service providers in Tamil Nadu. Primary data were collected using Google form through online method, from 67 respondents, who are all account holder of public and private banks. The results show that majority of the respondents have 'extremely satisfied'/ 'satisfied' and opined the positive usage of mobile banking services provided by public and private banks in Tamil Nadu State. |
