This paper aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using drama activity in the teaching and learning of Intercultural Communication at Thai Nguyen University of Education. Some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of using drama activity in teaching are also given. The research methods include document analysis and questionnaires. The results show that drama activity had a positive effect on the teaching and learning of intercultural communication as a subject at university. The students generally gained a basic understanding of the outstanding features of communication in many parts of the world. |
