This study analyzed Baker‟s yeast efficiency based upon its ability of growth on various agro-industrial wastes that act as the carbon source with an addition of nitrogen supplement at various growth parameters. Various locally available carbon sources including molasses, fruit bagasse juice, sugarcane bagasse juice and whey were used with inorganic as well as organic supplementation of corn steep liquor at a concentration of 50g/L.
