The present study was planned to determine in vitro and in vivo antibacterial and antiinflammatory properties of Linalool. In vitro antibacterial activity of Linalool was determined by micro broth dilution technique and MICs were observed , , , , , and mg/ml against Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenus, Bacillus subtillis, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Pseudomonas aerugonosa and Proteus mirabilis, respectively. |
