The field experiment was conducted on a sandy clay loam soil during summer season of 2018 at the Instructional Farm, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Jaguli lying in indo-Gangetic plains of West Bengal under humid subtropical climate to study the effect of three frequencies of irrigation at 7, 10 and 15 days interval and four nutrient management viz., 100% RDF, 75% RDF + biofertilizer, FYM + biofertilizer and 50% RDF + FYM + biofertilizers on growth, yield attributes and fruit yield bitter gourd (Momordica charantia L.) cv. Pusa vishesh. |
