Genetic variability among high protease productive bacillus mutants using RAPD-PCR

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of UV irradiation on alkaline protease gene expression and induction of overproducing strains. We aimed also to determine the genetic variation among high protease productive mutants using RAPD-PCR. The promising strains in this study may be used in various economic industrial applications and for successive genetic improvement as well. |
