A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the simultaneous quantitation of water-soluble vitamins like ascorbic acid (C), thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6) and folic acid (B9) in five potent wild edible fruits named Morus indica, Meynalaxi flora, Solanum gilo, Solanum kurzii and Viburnum foetidum, consumed by the tribal people of North-eastern region in India. |
