The study was carried out for 210 days to compare the growth, survival, production and economic performance of Pangasianodon hypophthalmus in cages and ponds. The fingerlings of ( ± g wt. and ± cm length) were stocked at 50, 60 and 70 fingerlings/m3 in nine cages (6 x 4 x 3 m3 ) and they were stocked at 5, 6 and 7 fingerlings/m3 in nine ponds (50 x 30 m2 and m depth) following three treatments with triplicates for both cages and ponds. |
