Based on the theory of building the contingent of civil servants working on state management of economy, the thesis analyzes and assesses the situation of building contingent of civil servants working on state management of economy at the provincial level in Quang Nam in the 2010- 2015 period, to propose solutions to improve the efficiency of building this contingent of civil servant in Quang Nam to meet the needs of socioeconomic development up to 2020 with a vision to 2030. |
