PE usually does not decompose and therefore persists as waste in the environment for a very long time causing harm to human health. Due to the advantages of cost as well as simple processing method plastic films made from polyethylene PE are being used very popular in many fields such as packaging covering and processing create nursery nurseries in agriculture. In Vietnam plants nursery for fruit trees and forestry trees is increasing almost seedlings are grown in polybags. The nursery is a tree growing environment and contains the necessary nutrition to provide the plant with its first growth and development stage. The composition and characteristics of nursery pots play a decisive role in the quantity quality of seedlings and saves planting. .
