This study is to review the clinical and X-ray characteristics of paediatric supracondylar humerus fractures. Evaluate the treatment effect of closed fracture on degree II and III by stretching and arm cast brace. Methods Retrospective descriptive study was carried out from 1 2016 to 12 2017 at the Pediatric Orthopedic Department of the Vietnam National Children s Hospital on the number of children diagnosed paediatric supracondylar humerus fractures of degree II III. Results Mainly seen at the age of under 6 years old male is higher than female left hand has a higher rate. 22 children with pain and swelling no blisters 1 child with numbness at the time of examination with grade II fractured in 10 children grade III in 20 children . After a week there were 4 children in pain 3 children had swelling and 1 child blisters. After 4 weeks of 100 re-examination the results of a good bone healing on X-ray the cast brace was removed and the rehabilitation was instructed. Judging results after 6 months 12 months and 24 months good was fair was 20 average was and bad was according to Flynn s standard. Conclusions The arm cast brace applied to paediatric supracondylar humerus closed fractures improves the treatment quality by the feature of the lightweight brace which holds the limb during immobility with the elasticity of .
