The present study was carried out in Udaipur and Ajmer districts of Rajasthan. The primary data were collected from ten poultry farms from each district through a well structured questionnaire. The results revealed that the most popular marketing channel in Udaipur district was identified as channel-III (Producer-Wholesaler-Retailer-Consumer) for both broilers as well as eggs marketing, while in case of Ajmer district channel-V (Producer-Super market-Consumer) and channel-III (Producer Wholesaler-RetailerConsumer) has been found as best for broilers and eggs, respectively. |
