Enhancing the quality of education is one of the important strategies for social economic development plan of Vietnam in general and at Hong Duc University in particularly. Overcoming the limitations in the training of human resources, proposing and implementing solutions in a uniform level of management are essential. Moreover, human resources training will create resources and contribute to national development. Basing on formal statistics data, this article gives an overview of human resources training in Hong Duc University. Besides that, it also presents a number of solutions to improve Hong Duc University to become a strong university and attract more students and investment projects. |
